Health Care Benefits:

Medical Insurance:

Gypsum Express offers two custom designed plan options to cover you and your family’s needs from the basic medical to catastrophic coverage.

Dental Insurance:

Employees can opt for our dental plan.

Vision Insurance:

Employees can elect from two different options of vision insurance to cover exams and materials.

Life Insurance:

Gypsum Express offers a Company paid policy of $20,000 for all eligible full time employees. Employees can elect optional life up to $500,000 for themselves. Spousal and children’s life insurance coverage is also available.

Accident Coverage:

Employees can elect voluntary accident coverage to help you cover out of pocket costs as it relates to an accidental injury such as accident emergency treatment, x-rays, dislocations & more.

Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) Insurance:

Additional AD&D is also available to employees.

Disability Insurance:

Short and long term benefits are available for all full time employees following the 60 day pro-visionary period. Cost varies as premiums are dependent on wage.

Medical Flexible Spending Account:

Eligible employees can enroll in the flexible spending account to save pre-tax dollars to cover out of pocket medical care expenses.

Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account:

Eligible employees can also enroll in the flexible spending account to save pre-tax dollars for out of pocket dependent care expenses.

Critical Care:

Employees can elect voluntary critical care coverage, options from Heart Attack, Cancer, Stroke, Coronary artery disease and more. Coverage available for you, your spouse and eligible dependent children.

Retirement Benefits:

401(k) Savings Plan:

Gypsum Express offers eligible full time employees a retirement investment plan. Individuals can contribute a portion of their paycheck on a pre-tax basis. The company also matches a percent of your contribution.

Other Benefits:

Vacation:

All full time employees are eligible for paid vacation time based on your years of service.

Holiday:

All full time employees are eligible for six paid holidays after 90 days of employment (New Years Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.

Rider Program:

Allows for the opportunity to have immediate family members ride with the driver.
